this time my questions are abt exercise Smile


what should a good exercise routine consist of, like should we focus on one body part a day or do an all round sort of workout each day?

is it recommended to do a body part more softly than other body parts or can we do whichever body part we want to more rigorously

Ideally you want to focus on 1 or 2 body parts per workout, but it depends on your routine.
You could have the following splits:

Upper/Lower body
Push/Pull/Legs
etc.

THe key is to cover the most muscle groups, and establish correcting weaknesses.

You'll have to clear up the second part of the statement, what do you mean?
