Canuck 2012 - Elite Fitness Journal
I am here attempting to start this journal and get this site going one more time. I want to prove to everyone that all it takes is 'faith' to become what you desire. I have very specific goals that i will be sharing on this site and my journal will be posted here. I will go through all the stages of getting bigger, stronger, faster and accomplishing the goals set out therein.
I have posted the start of the last journal I did well over a year ago as a motivation. It takes that 1 extra degree celcius to go over the edge and make a difference. That is all we have to do, take that one extra step.
I have not got a training log ready yet, but will do so soon.
Essentially here are my goals for this upcoming year:
- Get up to 220lbs at 10% body fat
- Hit 355lbs BencH press
- Hit 5 plate squat
- Hit 6 plate deadlift
- Play ice hockey 2x/week like Steven Stamkos
- Complete cardio 2-3x/week
- Improve MMA skills and Shastar Vidya skills
- Improve flexibility and VO2 max
- Aim for a meticulous daily diet and track my diet results.
- Share videos of my training from each session

Review: WELCOME back! Here we go again. My new post for my new journal on the new site.
- My training partner is back, and as you can see I was pretty happy and excited, got 2 plates x 12 reps.
