Re: Book Reading List
I am currently reading Change Your Brain Change Your Life by Daniel G. Amen, M.D.
Some really neat stuff in this book, it talks about how our brain controls a lot of impulsive actions, how what scientist thought was purely psychological can actually be seen physically in the human brain whereby brain of the effected person looks different than what we know to be a "normal" brain. The book also discusses things that can be done to minimize the impact of these physical brain changes.
