Here is a list of all the Sikh Films that I know of, I have highlighted the ones I have seen:

- Rise of the Khalsa
- Sundri: The brave Kaur
- Sunny the Proud Sikh

Documentaries:
- American Made
- A dream in doubt

- Pahelwani
- The Sky below
- Mistaken Identity: Sikhs in America
- The Widow Colony

The following offers several films in English, and of Punjab:

The following offers Punjabi based films:

Not to mention there are very many educational and inspiration films from the Sikhnet film festival in the past 3 years:

Others not mentioned by the other poster include:
- Amu
- Ocean of Pearls

Some of these can be read about in detail here: http://www.sikharts.com/ff2008_pahelwani.html , but it is unclear if they are all available for purchase. Many are available for purchase, but you will have to do a search online. Please purchase originals to support the production of more films in the future.

This is the best I can come up with. And yes, I am a kid that I have only seen the animated ones!

Inspirational Films and Books:
- You can heal your life by Louise Hay
- Ambition to meaning: Finding your life's purpose by Wayne Dyer
- Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman

I am currently reading Change Your Brain Change Your Life by Daniel G. Amen, M.D.

Some really neat stuff in this book, it talks about how our brain controls a lot of impulsive actions, how what scientist thought was purely psychological can actually be seen physically in the human brain whereby brain of the effected person looks different than what we know to be a "normal" brain. The book also discusses things that can be done to minimize the impact of these physical brain changes.
